Safety Lanyard Cords

Safety Lanyard Cords are designed to shut off your outboard in the event the operator falls overboard (lanyard must be properly connected to both the outboard and the operator). Without this important safety feature your outboard would continue to run without you at the controls. This item is necessary to start your outboard.

Steering Lock Kit

Kit allows motor to be locked into a fixed position to allow boat to be steered using the boat’s rudder. Perfect for sail boaters that want to use their rudder to steer instead of the motor. Kit includes locking bracket, all necessary hardware and installation instructions.
Caution: Once installed, the motor is locked in place and the tiller handle cannot be used to steer the boat unless kit is removed.
